High-tech material

Beside traditional materials, Stavian Group intensively invest in R&D activities for high-tech materials and graphen is one of the most highlights.

Graphene is a one-atom-thick layer of carbon atoms arranged in a hexagonal lattice, at one atom thick and limitless form, and the first 2D material in the world. With extraordinary characteristics, graphene is the new wonder material of the future:
- Super durable: 200x better than steel
- Super electrical conductivity: 1,000x better than copper
- Elastic: can be stretched and bended 120% compared to its original form
- Light, water resistance, transparent and thermal conduction.

The Nobel Prize in Physics 2010 has been awarded to two Russian-born physicist - Andre Geim and Konstantin Novoselov for their groundbreaking discoveries on characteristics and potential of graphene. Since then, applications of graphene in numerous sciences have thrived, especially in high frequency electronic devices, biosensor, chemistry and magnetic, power bandwidth divider and energy storage and generator.

As of IDTechEx estimation (a market research organization specialized on progressive materials), global market value of graphene is expected to be 80 million USD in 2021 and had been forecasted to reach 700 million USD in 2031. These numbers show a massive potential in researching and producing graphene, creating innovative and socially impactful opportunities.

With a team of Vietnamese scientists who are experienced in the field of physics and high-tech materials, we constantly experiment different advanced methodologies in researching and developing graphene, fostering its applications and trading and re-shaping the future processing and manufacturing industry.
